I discovered Kundalini Yoga in my early twenties and never looked back.
For the last 17 years, I've used these practices to navigate anxiety, heartbreak, uncertainty, business challenges, major life transitions, and the beautiful chaos of being a highly sensitive human.
What started as a personal practice eventually became my life's work.
Today, I help women use breathwork, mantra, meditation, movement, and nervous system regulation to feel less stressed, trust themselves more deeply, strengthen their intuition, and reconnect with the magic of being alive.

faq
What would I need to bring to the session?
Please bring a yoga mat, a water bottle, a notebook, and a small blanket or cushion to sit on during meditation. Since the body temperature can drop during deep relaxation, layers are a good call
what do I wear? do I have to wear white?
Wear what makes you feel happy and comfortable! All colors are welcome :) Wear comfortable, stretchy clothing that allows you to move and breathe easily (sweatpants or leggings are perfect).
CAN I ASK QUESTIONS THROUGHOUT THE SESSION?
Questions are welcome! I provide a myriad of insights and guidance during the class and frequently invite you to ask any questions. This is about you, for you!
Do i need to be flexible or in shape?
Not at all. Kundalini is practiced mostly sitting. The "work" is internal - strengthening your nervous system and clearing your mind. We focus on your individual rhythm and breath rather than "perfect" poses. If you can breathe, you can do this!
Will this actually work for me?
You don't need to believe in Kundalini Yoga for it to work. You simply need to show up with curiosity and an open mind. Many women notice shifts after their very first class.
is there support or homework in between each class?
Yes! There is a private facebook group where you can ask questions, get my feedback and support one another on your kundalini journey. Kir will also provide a bonus kundalini series you can practice at home in between weeks (100% optional).
Why not just learn this on YouTube?
You absolutely can. But most people struggle to build a consistent practice alone. This series gives you structure, support, community, accountability, recordings, direct guidance, and a clear path to follow.
What happens if I have to miss a week?
Life happens! While we love having the full group energy, you’ll have access to our private [Facebook/Telegram] group where we’ll share highlights and the 'home practice' series, so you can stay in the flow even if you miss a live session!
What if I can’t clear my mind during meditation?
That is exactly why we practice! Kundalini isn't about stopping your thoughts; it’s about using sound (mantra) and breath to give your mind a new 'job.' Most students find that because this practice is so active, the 'quiet' happens naturally without the struggle
